CTF Tucson · Effective date: June 28, 2026
This SMS Privacy Policy explains how CTF Tucson (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information in connection with our text-message (SMS/MMS) program.
When you contact us or opt in to receive text messages, we may collect your mobile phone number, your name, and the content of the messages you exchange with us. We use this information solely to operate our support and notification messaging.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent/opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any purpose other than providing the messaging service itself (for example, our messaging provider, Twilio, which transmits the messages on our behalf, and other service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service).
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect and retain it only as long as needed to provide our service or as required by law.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date.
